Clinical Mental Health Therapist
Emma Pelach, LMSW
Emma Pelach is a Clinical Mental Health Therapist at Empowered Mental Health who specializes in helping teens, young adults, and adults navigate anxiety, depression, ADHD, eating disorders, trauma, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, and major life transitions.
Emma is EMDR-trained and brings Internal Family Systems and parts work into treatment to help clients better understand themselves, process difficult experiences, and create lasting change. She particularly enjoys supporting teens and young adults as they navigate identity, relationships, academic and career pressure, and life transitions.
She uses evidence-based approaches including EMDR, IFS, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, person-centered therapy, and strengths-based interventions. Her goal is to help clients build resilience, improve self-understanding, and develop practical tools for managing life’s challenges.
Emma works to create a welcoming, authentic, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe and supported. She believes therapy should be collaborative and tailored to each person’s goals.
