Kaydee Baker is a Licensed Master Social Worker at Empowered Mental Health who is passionate about helping children, adolescents, adults, and families navigate life’s challenges while building confidence, resilience, and meaningful connections. She believes every person has unique strengths and works collaboratively to identify solutions that support lasting change.
With more than a decade of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and diverse behavioral and emotional needs, Kaydee has developed expertise in helping clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation difficulties, behavioral challenges, life transitions, and family stress.
She uses evidence-based approaches tailored to each client, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and strengths-based interventions, helping clients set goals, build emotional regulation skills, and gain confidence in everyday challenges.
Known for her compassionate, supportive, and practical approach, Kaydee works to create a welcoming and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe, heard, and supported.
