Reading this site does not create a therapist-client or provider-patient relationship. That relationship is established only through a formal intake and agreement with one of our clinicians. No emergency or crisis services
This site does not provide emergency or crisis services. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency or are thinking about harming yourself or others, call or text 988 for the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, or call 911. If you are in immediate danger, call 911.
Booking and the patient portal
Appointment scheduling, patient communication, insurance, and payment are handled through our patient portal, provided by SimplePractice, and are subject to that provider’s terms. Links from this site to the portal or other third-party services are provided for convenience.

The content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by or licensed to Empowered Mental Health, PLLC and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it without our written permission, except for your own personal, non-commercial use.
