You do not have to know who you need
Most people reach out without knowing which clinician or which approach fits. That is normal, and it is our job rather than yours. Tell us who the care is for and what has been going on, and we will pair you with the clinician whose training matches, both the ages involved and what you are working through.
If the fit is not right, say so. Changing clinicians early is common and it is not awkward. What matters is that the person across from you is the right person.
